A personalized diet and reminder app that helps athletes meet their personal goals and reach their full potential; an app that provides nutritional information on meals suited for a sport or physical activity.
Includes a BMI Calculator with helpful built-in responses based on the calculated BMI.
Has a calendar, a nutrition log, and personalized meal plans for 3 categories (Strength, Speed, and Endurance).
The app also includes meal plans for when athletes need to up their nutritional values within 2 weeks. This is called the "< 2-week diet".
